Online Store Terms and Conditions
1. General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store available at https://katarzynaszulim.com/, placing orders, making payments, providing services, submitting complaints and withdrawing from contracts.

- A Customer may be a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit with legal capacity.
- These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Store website in a form that allows them to be downloaded and saved.
2. Definitions
- Store means the online store operated by the Seller.
- Customer means an entity purchasing or booking a product or service in the Store.
- Consumer means a Customer who is a natural person entering into a transaction that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights means a natural person conducting business activity who is entitled to consumer protection under applicable law.
- Digital Product means digital content or a digital service, such as an online course or ebook, supplied without a tangible medium.
- In-person Service means a service performed physically at a location specified by the Seller.
- In-person Event means an event organised by the Seller for which the Customer books a place.
3. Technical requirements
- To use the Store, the Customer needs:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active email account.
- Additional technical requirements stated in a product description may apply to Digital Products.
4. Types of services offered
- The Seller offers in particular:
- online courses,
- ebooks,
- other digital products,
- bookings for in-person services,
- bookings for in-person events.
- The description, price, scope and delivery or performance date are stated next to the relevant product or service.
5. Prices and payments
- Prices displayed in the Store are gross prices and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Available payment methods include online bank transfer, BLIK and payment card.
- Payments are processed by the payment service providers identified in the Store.
- An order is considered paid once the payment has been successfully credited.
6. Placing orders and making bookings
- The Customer places an order or makes a booking using the form available in the Store.
- An order or booking can be processed only if the Customer provides accurate information and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation at the email address provided.
- The Seller may contact the Customer to clarify information required to process the order.
7. Order fulfilment
- Digital Products are made available immediately after payment unless the product description states otherwise.
- A Digital Product may be delivered by:
- a download link,
- access through the Customer’s account,
- access details sent by email, in accordance with the product description.
- Bookings for in-person services and events are fulfilled on the dates indicated during the purchase process.
- If no places are available or the service cannot be provided, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer and offer a different date or a refund.
8. Right of withdrawal
- A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, subject to statutory exceptions.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to:
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance began before the end of the withdrawal period with the Customer’s express consent and after the Customer had been informed that the right of withdrawal would be lost,
- services fully performed with the Customer’s express consent,
- services connected with entertainment, sporting or cultural events where the contract specifies the date or period of performance, in accordance with applicable law.
- To withdraw from a contract, the Customer may submit a statement by email to k.szulim@commfort.pl.
9. Complaints
- The Seller is responsible for conformity of the service or product with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
- Complaints may be submitted to k.szulim@commfort.pl and should include:
- the Customer’s full name,
- the order number,
- a description of the issue,
- the Customer’s requested remedy.
- The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
10. Rules for using Digital Products
- Digital Products are intended for the Customer’s personal use unless the product description states otherwise.
- Sharing, copying, reselling or distributing the materials without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.
- The Customer agrees to use the materials in accordance with the law and accepted standards of conduct.
11. Customer account
- Creating an account in the Store is voluntary and free of charge.
- The Customer is responsible for keeping their login details secure.
- The Seller may block an account if these Terms and Conditions or applicable law are breached.
12. Personal data protection
- The rules governing the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Store website.
13. Final provisions
- Contracts entered into through the Store are governed by Polish law.
- Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by generally applicable law.
- The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for material legal or organisational reasons. Contracts entered into before an amendment remain governed by the version in force when the contract was entered into.
- The current version of these Terms and Conditions is published on the Store website.
