3. Scope and purposes of data processing
We process personal data in connection with:
- creating and managing a Customer account,
- fulfilling orders for online courses, ebooks and other digital products,
- managing bookings for in-person events and services,
- processing payments,
- issuing accounting documents,
- handling complaints and refunds,
- communicating with Customers,
- sending a newsletter where the user has given consent,
- statistics and analytics,
- protecting the website against abuse.
In particular, we may process:

- company details where applicable,
- payment and order history data,
